Visit this world-famous historic location that
everyone has heard of before – Pearl Harbor. It was here when on a
fateful Sunday morning in December 1941 Japanese bomber planes
attacked the U.S. Pacific Fleet at Pearl Harbor that led the U.S. to
enter World War II.
Relive the “day that will live in infamy,” as President Roosevelt
called it and let your tour guide answer all the questions you may
have about the attack and Pearl Harbor. This is an interesting tour
not only for history buffs, but also for anyone looking to spend an
unforgettable day exploring a sunken battleship, touring another one
that’s still intact and “piloting” a plane with a real flight
simulator.
Upon arrival at Pearl Harbor, you’ll watch a dramatic film
containing actual footage of the attack and after that board a Navy
shuttle boat that will take you out to the sunken battleship USS
Arizona. Here you’ll stand just a few feet above the wreckage, which
is still leaking oil after more than 65 years, also called the
“Black Tears of the Arizona.” You’ll also visit the Shrine Room,
which shows the names of all the 1,177 crew members who perished
aboard.
When you are finished at the USS Arizona Visitor's Center and Memorial, head on over to the grounds of the USS Bowfin Submarine Museum. Take a walk around the grounds adorned with WWII weaponry and artifacts. And then step inside the submarine for a tour of its interior. Notice the sleeping quarters, mess halls, and more.
After that you’ll cruise over to Ford Island to explore the
impressive USS Missouri battleship, nicknamed the “Mighty Mo.” It
was here where the surrender documents were signed, ending World War
II. Your next stop is the U.S. Pacific Aviation Museum, where you
can see the planes that were involved in the war of the Pacific. If
you like, you can try to “pilot” them in world-class flight
simulators.

I thought that the tour that I went on was very good. I would highly recommend either Lani or Kenn as guides. I enjoyed the tour so much that I recommended this tour to four people that I met at my hotel. I really had a lot of fun.
