• Boneless Chicken Breast - Marinated in Teriyaki Sauce, freshly grilled and topped with Maui Pineapple and Green Onions.
  
• Fresh Island Mahi-Mahi - Breaded in Maui Onion and Panko, Sauteed and served with a garlic cream sauce.
  
• Sesame and Cilantro Tofu - Served with Maui-picked Mango Sauce.
  
  All Entrees are Served with Rice Pilaf and Sauteed Carrot and Zucchini Fans.
